Summer is HERE!

Hi Pack 37 Families

Before the pack goes into "summer mode" we have one final 2013-14 update.  Summer mode is defined as only one monthly pack e-mail/summertime activity reminder.  So soak this update up ...

Thank you for choosing Scouting as one of your family activities this year.  We know you have lots of choices.  Your Scout has today and tomorrow to finish any requirements or electives towards his current rank.  On June 1 he automatically moves up.

While summer is a chance for all, especially volunteer leaders, to recharge, the pack offers one summertime activity each month and organizes contingents to summer camp.  If your Scout attends three of the four activities (June Fishing with a Ranger, July Scout Day with the Twins, August Backyard Camping, or Camp Akela/Navajo Camp) he will earn a national summertime award.  Registration details are below.  Your den leaders will be in touch if den activities are scheduled.

Summer is a great time to introduce friends or classmates to Scouting. Families can join anytime.  Over the summer the pack will organize for fall recruiting season and we are in need of newer families to help, not only with recruiting but assisting our popcorn and wreath sales volunteers.  Plus, Treasurer Bob is stepping down, Cubmaster Alex's son is graduating from the pack this fall, and I won't be here forever. :-)

If you or potential Scout families have difficulty accessing the site, go to:
